Stallholder information
* Via E40 Brussels-Ostend:
Take exit 14 “Flanders Expo-Sint-Denijs-Westrem”. On the road with two lanes, you must keep right and follow the signs “Exposanten”. Then take a sharp turn of 90 degrees to the right. You are now on the “loop” and make a full circle motion around the buildings of Flanders Expo. You will cross two tram crossings and keep right at the Ikea building and follow the direction "Op-/ afbouw Hal 2”. Once past the Holiday Inn you can already see the AVS tower and the AVS symbol. Hall 2 is located just next to the AVS buildings.
* Via R4:
In the direction Merelbeke take exit “E40-Flanders Expo”. Drive past the parking on your right and take the last exit right and follow the signs to Flanders Expo exhibition centre. Continue and follow the “loop” and take the narrow bridge over the road just followed (maximum 3.5 tonnes). You make a full circle motion around the buildings of Flanders Expo. You will cross two tram crossings and keep right at the Ikea building and follow the direction "Op-/ afbouw Hal 2”. Once past the Holiday Inn you can already see the AVS tower and the AVS symbol. Hall 2 is located just next to the AVS buildings.
Vehicles must be placed on the car park for the stallholders (Car park 1C).
Visitors information
By Car
The large car parks of Flanders Expo can be accessed directly via exit 14 of the E40 motorway (Brussels - Ostend).
Via the passage for pedestrians you can walk to Hall 2. The entrance of Gent Militaria can be reached via the foyer of Hall 2.
By public transport
You take the train to the Ghent St.-Pieters train station. From there tramline 1 brings you close to Flanders Expo. Visit De Lijn or NMBS for detailed information.
International visitors
Brussels airport in Zaventem is only 50 km from Flanders Expo. The train connection from the airport brings you to Ghent in no time. Using the high-speed trains from Paris and London you can also quickly get to Ghent via Brussels.
Parking facilities
Flanders Expo has over 6,000 parking spaces for cars and 50 for buses.
Parking options for persons with disabilities: Car park 2 (close to main entrance of Flanders Expo) has parking places (pay parking) for persons with disabilities. All other car parks at Flanders Expo have free parking places for persons with disabilities.
